About The Position

General Physician, P.C. is recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Home visits Service Line to provide patient care in Buffalo, NY conducting home visits. In this position you will deliver evidenced based care for Primary Care patients in coordination with the Primary Care team. This is a flexible and autonomous position that will allow you to provide a full spectrum of comprehensive medical services to patients that are partners with General Physician, PC. This is a full-time position, scheduled Monday through Friday in the Buffalo area.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
• Prior inpatient, high acuity experience preferred as a RN or APP
• Board certification
• New York State license
• DEA registration
• BLS, ACLS and Infection Control certifications
• A clinical background in geriatric, adult or family medicine is preferred
• Shared on call with other providers
