About The Position

This is an inpatient Hematology/Oncology Adult Acute Care NP position. This position plays an essential role in delivering high-quality care to a vulnerable and complex patient population receiving CAR-T cell therapy. Salary range: NP2 : $89.06-127.19/hourly NP1 (less than 6 months exp): 80.34/hourly

Requirements

• CA RN and CA NP License- required
• MSN/ DNP in NP Specialty -required (Adult Acute Care NP Specialty)
• National Certification in NP Specialty-required
• BLS certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association- required
• NP, State of CA NP Furnishing with Schedule II, Additional: NPI #, DEA #, Enrollment in PECOS, Enrollment in CURES-required
• Ability to utilize excel, word and other software programs -required
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and collaborative working relationships with administrative, clinical and academic personnel -required
• Skill in working independently and following through with minimum direction -required
• Ability to set priorities -required
• Demonstrate writing skills to compose logical, detailed and grammatically correct correspondence -required
• Document patient care in a concise and comprehensive manner -required

Nice To Haves

• Hem/Onc NP experience- strongly preferred
• NP experience preferred but will consider new grad NPs with relevant hem/onc experience
• NP1 : less than 6 months exp ($80.34/hourly)
