About The Position

The Nurse Practitioner at Ideal Image is responsible for providing safe and effective non-invasive aesthetic treatments while ensuring a premium experience for clients. This role involves educating clients on aesthetic services, performing treatments, and maintaining high standards of care and customer service. The Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with clinic teams to achieve sales goals and enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Active (LPN/LVN, RN, NP/PA) license in the state of practice, in good standing.
• Proficient in computer and tablet skills, including MS Office Suite and Salesforce.
• Ability to stand for up to 9 hours a day and perform fine finger movements.
• Exceptional teamwork skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work client-centered shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in aesthetic treatments such as laser hair removal and injectables.
• Sales experience in a clinical or aesthetic environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively recommend, promote, educate, and sell medical aesthetic services and products.
• Evaluate client's suitability for treatments and educate them on the treatment process.
• Ensure client safety and efficacy of treatments through continuous education and training.
• Document client treatment records accurately and thoroughly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to establish and maintain client relationships.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet clinic goals.
• Manage and drive sales initiatives in partnership with the Clinic Manager.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and client check-in/out processes.
• Travel between clinics as necessary.
