About The Position

Spectrum Healthcare Resources is actively seeking a civilian Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team at the Dumfries Health Center in Prince William County, Virginia. Requirements

• Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (Family Medicine).
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
• Graduate of an accredited Advanced Practice Nursing program.
• Active NP license in accordance with state board requirements.
• Current DEA registration and BLS certification.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care to active-duty military members and their families.
• Manage a patient load of 12–15 patients per day.
• Work in an outpatient-only practice with no nights, weekends, or on-call duties.
• Participate in a supportive, team-oriented environment with minimal administrative burden.
