About The Position

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to meet the growing demand for primary care services at Franciscan Physician Network Greenwood Parke Family Medicine located in Greenwood, Indiana. Experience preferred. Provider will be joining an established, busy practice with experienced physician and advanced practice providers who enjoy a supportive work environment and a great work-life balance. Candidate would thrive in a fast-paced environment and be team oriented. The candidate will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. Candidate will also have a desire to develop strong ties with patients and the community in which they serve. Practice hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Flexible full-time schedule Average outpatient volume: 15 - 20 patients per day Telehealth is offered EPIC electronic medical record Practice enjoys high patient satisfaction and quality scores Well-established practice Experienced clinical support staff Franciscan Health is a non-profit health care ministry with primary and specialty care physician groups located throughout Indiana and Illinois. Requirements

• Doctorate Required
• Physician License (DR) - Upon Hire Required
• Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) - Upon Hire Required
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association Upon Hire Required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association Upon Hire Required
