About The Position

Rx.Me is a rapidly growing healthcare company serving patients in 49 states. We treat tens of thousands of patients each month and continue to expand. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Nurse Practitioner – Executive Support to work closely with the Medical Director in our Miami Beach office. This is an in-person role focused on supporting executive leadership, operations, and strategic initiatives. The position will begin with a brief 1099 independent contractor onboarding period, with the potential to transition into a W-2 employee role if it is a good fit for both parties. This role is ideal for a Nurse Practitioner who works with a high level of independence and professionalism and is comfortable supporting executive leadership directly. The NP will primarily support the Medical Director by attending meetings, assisting with oversight, coordinating initiatives, and ensuring follow-through on key priorities. Requirements

• Active Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license
• Minimum 2+ years of Nurse Practitioner experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently in a high-responsibility environment
• Comfortable in a meeting-heavy, executive-facing role
• Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
