Nurse Practitioner – Cardiology
About The Position
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established private cardiology practice in Lodi, California. This is a 100% outpatient position with a consistent weekday schedule and no call or weekend requirements. The practice offers a modern clinical environment with advanced on-site diagnostic and testing capabilities. The Nurse Practitioner will work in a private cardiology practice with a modern office and integrated testing center. Diagnostic services include nuclear cardiology, echocardiography, stress testing, Holter monitoring, pacemaker management, and anticoagulation services.
Requirements
- Active California Nurse Practitioner license required
- Prior experience as a Nurse Practitioner required
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in an outpatient setting
Nice To Haves
- Cardiology experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient cardiology care including patient evaluations, follow-up visits, and care coordination
- Manage an average patient volume of 20–25 patients per day
- Collaborate closely with cardiologists and clinical staff
- Review and interpret diagnostic testing results
- Assist with treatment planning and ongoing patient management
- Document patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide patient education and support
