Join the most comprehensive cardiology program in Fairfield County in the role of a per diem Cardiology Nurse Practitioner). Stamford Health Medical Group is offering an exciting opportunity to work alongside a highly trained team of cardiologists, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants managing heart health with personalized care plans. Schedule: Per Diem. Approximately 3 shifts per week.
