About The Position
This is a Nurse Practitioner opportunity located in Bridgewater, NJ, specifically designed for qualified healthcare professionals. The role is focused on providing comprehensive orthopedic treatment care plans in collaboration with a team of PM&R, Pain Management, and Chiropractic Physicians. The successful candidate will be part of a medical group that operates four clinics across Somerset County, including locations in Somerset, Watchung, Bridgewater, and Branchburg. The position requires a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner who is willing to provide coverage across these locations, ensuring that patients receive consistent and high-quality care. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for a variety of clinical and technical tasks, including the coordination of care, workup, diagnosis, treatment, and administration of various injection-based procedures. This role also involves fitting and dispensing durable medical equipment (DME), conducting J-Tech ROM evaluations, and providing consultative services. The organization prides itself on its comprehensive approach to orthopedic care, and the successful candidate will work closely with Board Certified, Fellowship-trained physiatrists and interdisciplinary rehabilitation specialists to deliver effective treatment plans. The position is full-time, with a Monday to Friday schedule, and does not require weekend work. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills to effectively discuss diagnoses and treatment options with patients, as well as the ability to address non-compliance and remove barriers to care. The role also includes interpreting laboratory and diagnostic procedures, implementing therapeutic interventions, and conducting post-operative follow-ups in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) setting.
