About The Position

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a PART TIME Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing team in our Alpharetta Office! Office hours: Monday-Friday, 4PM to 8PM If hired, you will need to go through our crendialing process! May be required to take call which may include nights/weekends/holidays Duties may include but not limited to: The APP will participate in the clinical assessment, planning of care, and treatment of our patients in the office, virtual, and hospital settings. Provide for the treatment of the patient (and oversee the treatment provided by others) including appropriate prescriptive practice to achieve optimal clinical outcomes for the patient. Stay abreast of current trends in healthcare practice and participate in continuing medical education to ensure optimal clinical knowledge and effective patient care skill. Must be able to recognize and respond appropriately to urgent/emergent situations per protocols. Collaborates with physicians, other APP’s, staff, and other providers to ensure coordination and continuity of care for cardiovascular patients across settings and over time. Requirements

  • Maintain a positive attitude with patients and co-workers under all conditions.
  • Sustain excellent attendance and avoid excessive absences and/or tardiness.
  • Arrive at work daily and on time to ensure job responsibilities are covered.
  • Abide by all HVC policies and procedures to ensure proper representation of the practice.
  • Treat people with respect and work with integrity and ethically to uphold HVC values.
  • Licensure to practice as an APP in the State of Georgia.
  • Maintain any certifications required for specific position.
  • Flexibility to help cover other clinics.
