About The Position

Join the iTrust Cares Team – Elderly Care Division of iTrust Wellness Group
Location: Lowcountry, South Carolina (Charleston, Beaufort, Hilton Head, and surrounding areas)
At iTrust Wellness Group, our iTrust Cares division is dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health and cognitive care services to residents in independent and assisted living communities across the Upstate. We are expanding our reach and seeking a skilled and compassionate Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) to collaborate with us as an independent contractor.

Contractor Details:
Position is structured as a 1099 independent contractor agreement.

Requirements

• Passion for working with the geriatric population.
• Confidence in developing evidence-based treatment plans.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology and interest in ongoing learning.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
