Boulder Care is looking for Nurse Practitioners who are aligned with Harm Reduction principles and have experience prescribing buprenorphine-based medications for opioid use disorder in an outpatient setting. This is a fully remote, full-time, W2 position. If you are interested in part-time opportunities, please visit our careers page to view current openings. We’re hiring experienced Nurse Practitioners with independent buprenorphine prescribing experience. You’ll work directly with patients in a structured, fully remote environment, supporting recovery in alignment with harm reduction principles. At Boulder, our care model is rooted in harm reduction with a low-barrier, compassionate approach that prioritizes patient autonomy and choice. We meet people where they are, and our clinicians empower patients to reduce harm and build stability on their own terms through nonjudgmental, non-coercive, non-punitive support. We work with patients to identify their own recovery goals and support them over time through shared decision-making. Boulder Care believes the people who manage our product and team should be representative of those who use the platform. This includes people from backgrounds that are historically underrepresented in the industry. We celebrate differences and are committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity or veteran status. If you are a qualified person with a passion for what we do, please apply!
