About The Position

Provides primary or acute healthcare services for certain acute or chronic health conditions in specific populations in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization. Job Description: Gardiner Family Medicine is recruiting for an experienced, full-time Nurse Practitioner to join their team in a unique role of Access APP. Monday - Friday schedule Acute appointments daily; No panel assigned - 50% of day will consist of patient care 50% supporting the practice medical staff - tasks lists/paperwork and support for the triage RN's Participate in call rotation with other medical staff

• Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) - Maine State Board of Nursing
• Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Maine State Board of Nursing
