Seeking highly skilled RNs to provide critical, complex care in our Progressive Care Unit. Requirements

Oregon RN License
AHA BLS for healthcare providers within 30 days
ACLS within 6 months
1 year RN experience OR current Mercy Medical Center Nurse.
Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)

Nice To Haves

PCU and/or ICU experience preferred
PCCN preferred

Responsibilities

Observe, collect, and record patient biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and self-care data; formulate nursing diagnoses, and measure progress.
Implement age-appropriate care plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Administer medications with precision for patient safety.
Manage chronic ventilator patients, including emergency interventions.
