About The Position
Center for Human Development, (CHD), will be hosting a hiring event on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 from 12pm-3pm . We are seeking Nurses (RNs and LPNs) and Master’s Level Clinicians for our Crisis Stabilization Programs for youth and adults within the Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC). In these roles you will work with a team environment providing care to adults and/or teens at CHD’s Crisis Stabilization Unit; this is part of a single location providing crisis, outpatient behavioral health and brief stabilization care. RN rate: $45/hour LPN rate: $36.50/hour Clinician rate: $31.25/hour Shift differentials for 2 nd , 3 rd , and weekend shifts! Requirements
- Registered Nurse License in the State of Massachusetts for RN role
- Bi-Lingual English/Spanish preferred
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Education or Psychology
- Clinicians eligible for licensure will provide a copy of their professional license and must renew /maintain their license in good standing.
- Clinicians will complete and update any documentation required for the credentialing process.
