As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population continuously building your education and experience. Requirements

  • Oregon RN License
  • AHA BLS within 30 days
  • ACLS within 6 months
  • PALS within 12 months
  • One year OR circulating experience

Responsibilities

  • Observes, collects, and records data related to patient’s biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and self-care ability, as well as educational and discharge planning needs.
  • Analyzes assessment data to formulate a nursing diagnosis.
  • Implements an age appropriate plan of care.
  • Documents and utilizes patient data to measure progress toward attainment of patient outcomes and patient goals.
  • Effectively manages and utilizes sophisticated equipment.
  • Coordinates care given by other disciplines to ensure that the patient’s care needs are met and progress toward goals is attained.
