About The Position

We are currently hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Case Manager- Home Health for our Lexington office. Focused towns to cover are Billerica, Chelmsford, Wilmington, Tewksbury, Lowell and Dracut. Cover outside these towns as needed to pick up on productivity.
