About The Position

Interim HealthCare is currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager based out of our Laconia office. The Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager position is responsible for managing a defined caseload of patients providing direct patient care and comprehensive nursing services to individuals in the community. Pay=$42.00-$47.00/HR Sign on bonus=$5,000 ( $2,500 paid at 90 days and $2,500 paid at 6 months)

Requirements

• Valid nursing license in the state of NH
• 2+ years of experience in skilled care preferred
• 1+ year of experience in nursing supervision preferred
• Recent wound care experience preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
• Monday- Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM
