About The Position

CHI St. Anthony Hospital is a 25 bed, licensed for 49, faith-based, acute care, level four trauma, critical access hospital and healthcare campus serving the Pendleton, Oregon area for more than 100 years. They are committed to the highest quality of patient care and safety, and to strengthening their community through wellness education. The 103,000 square foot hospital features 4 operations rooms, 11 emergency rooms, 30 private patient rooms, and the latest medical equipment. The role involves providing comprehensive, patient-centered care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. The successful candidate will contribute to the practice's success through customer/patient focus, communication, professionalism, and teamwork.

Requirements

Exceptional Clinical Acumen: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive patient care.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Current Oregon State RN license.
Current AHA BLS.
Current AHA ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

Perform care following established standards (consent, confidentiality).
Obtain/document health history, chief complaint, vitals, risk factors; assess disease condition; use established medical records/systems.
Provide care based on practice guidelines, standards, and regulations.
Execute prescribed treatments/interventions, administer medications, monitor/document progress and response.
Refer to/consult with physicians, other providers, and community resources.
Educate on health status, maintenance, and condition management.
Participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve care processes/outcomes.
Track QA data and monitor care management.
