About The Position

As the Director of Nursing for state licensed locations, this role is responsible for ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory specifications, TheKey standards, regulations, and laws. The position involves creating and enforcing compliance plans, performing regulatory risk management, and training employees on policies and procedures. The Director of Nursing will monitor, evaluate, and enhance compliance processes to uphold ethical standards, legal requirements, and company policies.
