About The Position

This position is exempt and requires a commitment to a 40-hour work week, allowing you to focus on the quality of care provided to our residents. In this role, you will also be involved in strategic planning and implementation of nursing practices that align with our organizational goals. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance patient care and improve operational efficiency. Your ability to communicate effectively with staff, patients, and families will be crucial in addressing concerns and ensuring a high level of satisfaction among those we serve. As a Nurse Manager, you will also be responsible for mentoring and training nursing staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in care delivery.
