About The Position
We are seeking a Nurse Manager to lead and manage the clinical program operations within a short-term detention facility at Fort Bliss, Texas. The Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of the nursing staff within the detention facility. This role ensures that quality healthcare services are delivered in compliance with legal, regulatory, and institutional standards. The Nurse Manager serves as a liaison between healthcare staff, correctional staff, and external medical providers, while supervising nursing personnel, managing resources, and upholding the safety and well-being of both patients and staff.
