The Nurse Manager is a registered nurse who manages the financial, human, and other resources for the provision of quality patient care for an assigned area over a twenty-four hour period. Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Nursing; Nursing Administration preferred
• Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania required.
• Three (3) years of nursing experience, including hospital clinical practice experience required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• Previous leadership experience required.

Nice To Haves

• 7 years of OR experience strongly preferred.
• CNOR certification preferred or within one year of hire.
