Requirements

Minimum 2 years of recent acute care leadership experience in a cardiac stepdown or critical care setting required
BSN required
Current Texas RN license or compact state equivalent
BLS and ACLS certifications required
National specialty certification or commitment to obtain within 1 year of hire

Nice To Haves

Experience in Magnet® or Pathway to Excellence® facilities highly preferred
MSN or master’s degree in a related field preferred
