Requirements

  • Unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required)
  • Minimum of two (2) years RN experience in acute care, med/surg, ICU, or ER settings (required)
  • At least one (1) year of skilled home health experience with demonstrated proficiency in Medicare OASIS documentation (required)
  • Strong knowledge of home health regulations, clinical compliance, and quality standards
  • Willingness to travel locally as needed to support clinical operations

Responsibilities

  • Supervise home health services to ensure patients receive high-quality care as prescribed by physicians.
  • Review clinical documentation to ensure compliance with Medicare, Federal, Insurance, and Company guidelines.
  • Follow and enforce Agency policies and procedures to set a strong example for the team.
  • Maintain compliance with accepted professional standards, principles, and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Stay up to date on all relevant guidelines, policies, and protocols to support quality care.
