Requirements
- 3-5 Years Nursing Experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Required
- Licensed Registered Nurse Required
Nice To Haves
- Master's Degree - Nursing
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations and delegate tasks to nursing staff
- Manage and verify nursing schedules to ensure full coverage across shifts
- Conduct performance assessments and support professional growth
- Provide direct patient care and assist physicians throughout the day
- Supervise infusion therapy services, ensuring safe and effective administration of chemotherapy and biologics
- Apply the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to guide care delivery
- Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their support systems about disease processes and treatment plans
- Serve as a patient advocate and support clinical staff in delivering optimal care
- Coordinate care with ancillary services and promote process improvements
