About The Position

Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
- Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience.
- At least 1 years of recent leadership or managerial experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage conflict, motivate staff, and implement policies effectively.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality improvement processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
