About The Position

Nurse Manager is responsible for the comprehensive planning, delivery, and evaluation of both direct and indirect patient care. This position provides leadership in coordinating clinical operations, ensuring that patient care programs, daily schedules, and unit activities are organized effectively to meet all regulatory, organizational, and patient-specific requirements. Key responsibilities include oversight of patient education initiatives, monitoring compliance with individualized treatment plans, and ensuring timely and accurate clinical documentation. The Nurse Manager also collaborates closely with the CNO in the development, implementation, and review of departmental policies, procedures, and performance improvement initiatives. This role contributes to staff coaching and evaluation and helps maintain alignment with organizational values, strategic objectives, educational programs, and quality management standards. Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is a 120 bed capacity behavioral health facility that provides psychiatric services. We specialize in treatment for adults, children and adolescents. Brentwood Behavioral offers both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric services. Located in Flowood, MS, in Rankin County with close proximity to Hinds and Madison Counties, our outpatient services are within driving distance to many surrounding areas. We help individuals and families achieve optimal mental health, resulting in improved quality of life. Requirements

  • Associates Degree with 3-5 years experiance with nursing supervision
  • Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in Mississippi

  • Masters Degree with 5-8 years of nursing supervision experience.
