This is an exciting opportunity for a proven nursing leader who is passionate about engaging teams, driving meaningful change, and delivering high-quality, safe patient care. Position Summary Reporting directly to the inpatient ACNO, the Nurse Manager provides clinical and operational leadership across assigned units, ensuring excellence in patient outcomes, staff engagement, and efficient use of resources. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who inspires colleagues, builds strong interdisciplinary partnerships, and fosters a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Active RN license (BSN required; MSN preferred)
  • Certification preferred or obtained within 2 years of hire
  • Demonstrated experience as a Nurse Manager with proven leadership skills
  • Strong background in Medical/Surgical nursing.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and build efficiencies
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and patient experience
