Freedom Square of Seminole is looking for our next Unit Manager for our Upscale Skilled Nursing position! As the Nurse manager you are responsible for the overall nursing care/service on your shift, including the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation and emergency calls as indicated. Requirements
- Current nursing license with the state of Florida
- 6 months nursing experience, preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervises direct care of residents and nursing personnel on your shift.
- Gives and receives reports.
- Rounds twice per shift to assure proper care is rendered in a safe and clean environment.
- Keeps physicians and families aware of changes in resident's conditions.
- Assists in developing comprehensive care plans.
