What You’ll Do As Nurse Manager, you’ll have 24/7 accountability for clinical and operational excellence. Your leadership will: Foster a culture of autonomy, empowerment, and professional growth. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and champion quality improvement. Oversee staffing, scheduling, and budget management for optimal patient care. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. What We’re Looking For Education: BSN and Master’s degree (MSN or related field). Experience: Minimum 5 years of clinical and leadership experience. Certification: Specialty certification required; Nurse Executive preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Current RN licensure in Delaware and BLS certification. Annual Compensation Range $121,180.80 - $193,897.60 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements. Requirements
