The position involves supervising, developing, and scheduling the resident services staff according to Atria's policies, procedures, and standards. The role requires establishing and maintaining a medication system that adheres to state, federal, and company laws, regulations, and guidelines. The individual will perform assessments and reassessments to determine resident needs and establish appropriate service plans, while operating the Resident Services Department within budget and according to Atria's policies. Daily Quality Enhancement reviews will be completed to ensure compliance with state regulations and Atria policies. The position also acts as a contact for issues related to resident care within the community and ensures adherence to company policy and State Health and Safety Codes. The role includes scheduling and supervising staff, administering medications as allowed, providing activities of daily living assistance, and training new and current staff members. Effective communication with residents, families, department heads, and the Executive Director is essential. The position supports hospitality, leasing, and sales processes, and involves partnering with the Life Guidance Director on various clinical-related matters.
