How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead trauma service operations and resource allocation to ensure the clinical team has everything necessary to provide life-saving care. Architect departmental goals and clinical standards that elevate the quality of trauma care and drive long-term program success. Evaluate patient care journeys and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for patients and their families. Cultivate a high-performing team culture through proactive mentorship, conflict resolution, and strategic recruitment to maintain a supportive work environment. Champion regulatory compliance and fiscal health by managing departmental budgets and vendor partnerships that sustain the program’s integrity.
