About the Role Were seeking a highly skilled Nurse Manager (RN) to serve as the clinical leader for our Assisted Living and Memory Care units. Starting Pay Range: $115,000 - $125,000 annually What Youll Get Make a visible impact . Lead change at a single-site community of 250 employees where your decisions directly improve resident and team experiences. Lead with clinical expertise . Oversee RN delegation, assessments, care planning, and change-of-condition evaluations to ensure safe, compliant, and person-centered care. Build and develop strong clinical teams. Supervise, coach, and develop Medication Technicians and nursing staff to deliver safe, confident, high-quality care. Drive meaningful change . Evaluate operations, strengthen processes, and implement improvements that truly make a difference. Champion collaboration in care delivery. Partner with pharmacy, hospice, home health, and interdisciplinary leaders to provide seamless, coordinated services. Lead with purpose.
