Requirements

• Current state RN license.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Current Registered Nurse Licensure in state of AR.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Three or more years of experience in all aspects of medical surgical nursing.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Critical thinking skills and decisive judgment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
