Temple Health’s Pediatric Department under Temple Faculty Practice division is searching for an RN Manager. Details below\: Specialty Pediatrics in an ambulatory outpatient setting across two clinic sites Direct Reports Approximately 15 staff Roles\: Registered Nurses and Medical Assistants Hours Core Schedule\: Monday through Friday, 8\:00 AM to 5\:00 PM Extended operations\: Two evenings per week until 7\:00 PM and some Saturdays as scheduled. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (Required)
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing (Required)
• 5 years experience as a RN in a clinical specialty area (Required)
• PA Registered Nurse License (Required)
• Basic Life Support (Required)

Nice To Haves

• 1 year experience in a clinical leadership role (Preferred)
• National certification in Nursing or Healthcare related specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs the nursing care provided to patients on a nursing unit.
• Maintains standards of service excellence and nursing practice.
• Develops evidenced based policies, procedures, and work processes to ensure provision of quality patient care.
• Responsible for staffing, budget, control of expenses, continuing development and education of staff, performance improvement, and human resource management.
• Supervises, evaluates, guides and counsels nursing staff in their work performance.
