About The Position

We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Manager of Womens and Childrens Services like you to be a part of our team. The Nurse Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree in Nursing required.
  • 1+ years applicable experience required.
  • Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years applicable experience.
