Lead a high-acuity Level IV neonatal intensive care team in a large womens and childrens hospital serving the greater Houston area. Guide daily operations, mentor charge RNs, and drive quality, safety, and family-centered care. What youll do Lead staffing, throughput, and daily huddles for a busy NICU Coach and develop clinical teams and support performance improvement Ensure compliance with regulatory and evidence-based standards Partner with physicians, respiratory therapy, and ancillary teams to optimize outcomes What youll need 2 or more years of recent NICU leadership as Manager or Charge RN BSN required. Active Texas RN or multistate compact with Texas within 60 days BLS required.
