About The Position

We are hiring a Nurse Manager - NICU RN to lead our neonatal intensive care team on the night shift. This is a leadership role for a clinically skilled, compassionate RN with a proven track record in NICU operations and team support.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recent acute care NICU leadership experience (charge nurse or manager level)
• BSN required
• Active Texas RN license or Compact RN license with Texas endorsement within 60 days
• Current BLS certification (AHA)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director to manage NICU operations and lead a team of dedicated NICU nurses
• Monitor and support department participation in performance improvement initiatives
• Provide clinical support to bedside staff while ensuring standards of neonatal nursing care
• Oversee patient care delivery plans and evaluate patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with all hospital, regulatory, and safety standards
