About The Position

This management position that performs day to day administration of inpatient nursing units. The individual is responsible for facilitation of teams; human resource management; physician relations; collaborative processes; customer service; and leadership of the clinical management team. He/She actively participates in technology evaluation, marketing efforts and short- and long-term strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Current in Kentucky Certification: BLS
  • RN with 2-4 years general nursing experience and 1 year in leadership role, prefer management
