As a key leader, you will: Oversee complex, high-acuity neonatal cases in a nationally recognized facility. Guide and mentor nursing staff, driving opportunities for team and personal growth. Directly participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives using the latest healthcare technologies. Enhance patient support with access to unique programs like the March of Dimes NICU Family Support. We’re looking for a compassionate, BSN-prepared RN with recent NICU leadership experience and a commitment to continuous improvement. Requirements
- 2+ years of Recent (Within the last year) Acute Care NICU Leadership (Manager or Charge Nurse) experience required.
- BSN required.
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 60 days of hire date)
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification is required
