About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dynamic and experienced Nurse Manager to lead a high-volume, high-acuity Labor and Delivery unit at a premier regional referral center. This facility serves as a hub for high-risk pregnancies and newborn care, offering the region’s only Level I Trauma Center and Children’s Hospital. You will play a critical role in fostering a patient-centered culture that emphasizes safety, excellence, and compassionate care.

Requirements

Minimum of 3+ years of RN experience in Labor and Delivery
Proven leadership or supervisory experience in an L&D setting
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s Degree preferred
Current Georgia RN License or recognized compact/multi-state licensure
Current BLS and ACLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required

Plan, organize, and direct all unit functions to ensure effective 24/7 operation.
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.

Ensure the safest and most compassionate care for patients in the high-risk pregnancy program.
