Job Description Summary The Nurse Manager has primary responsibility for implementing the mission, vision, policies, goals and objectives of nursing services within their area. As a liaison between nursing and disciplines throughout the SRAlab system of care, the Nurse Manager promotes organizational goals, interdisciplinary and interdepartmental team collaboration. The Nurse Manager has direct accountability and responsibility for their unit while creating a safe and healthy environment.
