About the position

Conemaugh Health System, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Nurse Manager II for Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. This position involves assessing, recommending, and implementing improvements at the medical center, applying the organization's strategic initiatives to daily practice, and coordinating patient flow and placement. The role requires practicing to the fullest extent of the nurse's license, certification, or registration in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or obtain within 2 years.
• Pennsylvania RN license.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
