Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) – California license
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
• 5+ years of patient care experience and 4+ years in a leadership role
• Strong background in ICU or critical care settings
• Demonstrated expertise in patient safety, change management, and process improvement
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of patient care delivery systems and nursing practice standards across multiple locations.
• Foster collaboration between physicians, care teams, and external partners to deliver safe, high -quality care.
• Oversee staffing, resource allocation, and equipment management to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Create and advocate for professional growth opportunities for your team — mentoring, coaching, and succession planning.
• Manage hospital operations, quality initiatives, and compliance programs to maintain the highest regulatory standards.
• Drive operational improvements and support organizational change by leading key projects and performance initiatives.
• Ensure 24/7 delivery of safe, quality, and evidence -based patient care in alignment with hospital standards and policies.
