About The Position

The Nurse Manager for Home Infusion Pharmacy in Portland, Oregon is responsible for implementing and administering the policies and procedures of the Home Infusion Department. This role involves supervising employees and coordinating interdisciplinary care to patients in their homes. The Nurse Manager will determine staffing needs, assign staff, and ensure productivity and staffing continuity standards are met. Additionally, the Nurse Manager participates in the development of department policies, procedures, and quality management plans while upholding standards of confidentiality, attendance, and punctuality. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related field or equivalent education/experience.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • 4 years of Home Infusion experience.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Driving may be necessary as part of this role; proof of driver license and auto insurance required.
