Responsible for leading and implementing a program that supports non-physician clinical staff with orientation and competency assessment in order to promote standardized clinical workflow and optimal patient care. Evaluates performance, provides feedback and mentorship, develops education programs, and contributes to staff professional development while providing oversight of Environment of Care (EOC) and Infection Prevention (IP) in collaboration with the IP departments.
