About The Position
The Nurse Manager for the Emergency Department is responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing a team of over 55 direct reports, including RNs, healthcare techs, LPNs, EMTs, and psych techs. The position requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to build a positive workplace culture. The Nurse Manager will work primarily Monday to Friday but must also be available for night shifts and weekends as needed.
