We are looking for a Nurse Manager Clinical Operations for our HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital team where excellence creates excellence. We are seeking a Nurse Manager of Clinical Operations. Requirements

• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations.
• Previous progressive management experience preferred.
• Clinical experience preferred.
• Organizational, interpersonal, customer relations, mathematical, analytical, grammar/spelling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Project planning and management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish an operational structure that brings together functional elements of house wide clinical and nursing and support services.
• Complete payroll.
• Complete scheduling.
• Audit work and round on staff and patients.
• Support and lead various projects and pilots as they are introduced at the hospital.
