We are looking for a Nurse Manager Clinical Operations for our HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital team where excellence creates excellence. We are seeking a Nurse Manager of Clinical Operations. You will actively coordinate the operational components with the objective of increasing consistency across the continuum of care resulting in improvements in patient outcomes, patient and physician satisfaction and a reduction in cost variability. Requirements

  • ASN required; BSN preferred.
  • Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations.
  • Previous progressive management experience preferred.
  • Clinical experience preferred.
  • Organizational, interpersonal, customer relations, mathematical, analytical, grammar/spelling skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project planning and management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel programs.

Responsibilities

  • Establish an operational structure that brings together functional elements of house wide clinical and nursing and support services.
  • Complete payroll.
  • Complete scheduling.
  • Audit work and round on staff and patients.
  • Support and lead various projects and pilots as they are introduced at the hospital.
