About The Position

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager to join our Freehold CHC team. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinical care provided by non-provider clinical staff across our four CHC sites. The Nurse Manager will ensure effective orientation, training, and ongoing development of all non-provider clinical employees while partnering with each site's Office Manager to maintain safe, high-quality patient care in alignment with established policies, procedures, and workflows.
